茶,作为具有约两千年历史的食品饮料,围绕它已经形成了中国独有的“茶”文化。其自古存在于茶马古道对外贸易的高档出口商品中,承载了太多与中国经济、文化相关联的故事,展现出了厚重的价值。

全金花茯茶,指用益生真菌——冠突散囊菌,以茶叶原料作为发酵(发花)反应底物,经专有原创性数控温湿度发酵(发花)工艺技术,将原料茶实现99%以上的发酵(发花)率,运用现代高科技流程制成的全金花茯茶(散茶或茯砖茶)。
湘茶集团科研团队,在湖南农业大学施兆鹏教授、刘仲华教授为主的学术攻关人的带领下,历经十余年,先后攻克茯砖茶中发酵(发花)率低、发花时间长(1年以上)各项工程技术难关,开创全新技术如“冠突散囊菌菌种繁育”、“快速醇化”、“综合安全降氟”、“散茶发花”、“调控发花”等,先后获得国家发明专利28项,实用新型专利13项,制定国标2项,制定湖南省标13个。
国内外发表论文70篇,已鉴定出全金花茯茶中有机成分450种以上,无机元素15种以上。尤其是新鉴定出的不同于茶叶原有成分,包括茶叶发酵后由相关儿茶素降解转化形成的二级功能化合物组分,如茯茶素A/B(分子式为C14H12O6),以及人体细胞新陈代谢必需的多种水溶性微量元素成分(许多分子结构尚需研究鉴定)。这也就破解了“生命之茶”的价值内涵。
联合科研团队2005年开始立项的“黑茶提制增效关键技术创新与产业化应用”(黑茶主要是指茯砖茶)攻关课题,于2016年获得“国家科学技术进步奖”,湘茶集团周重旺、吴浩人、尹钟等人获奖,湖南农业大学的刘仲华教授领衔获奖,并于2019年当选为中国工程院院士。

茯茶素,指从全金花茯茶中,运用纯净水提取,-56℃冷冻干燥法等物理新技术,制得的全金花茯茶提取物,是功能成分茯茶素A、B……n,及多种水溶性微量元素等各天然化合物的集合。
